The International Anthony Burgess Foundation has received a major grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) to catalogue and make available to the public its extensive and unusual collection of books, music, manuscripts, photographs, audio recordings, films and papers relating to the life and work of Anthony Burgess and his contemporaries.
You will have a postgraduate qualification, and must be highly motivated and used to working independently and as part of a small team. This exciting and varied role will include creating a full electronic online catalogue; commissioning essential conservation work; devising a digitisation strategy for the collections; and devising and delivering a programme of public-facing events and activities.
