Shadowtrain magazine is a monthly online gathering of poems, translations, articles and interviews. It is edited by Lancaster-based writer, Ian Seed. Shadowtrain publishes a wide range of writers, both from the northwest (such as Helen Clare and Alan Dent) and from further afield (such as the Australian poet, Emma Lew and the American poet, Douglas Messerli).
Shadowtrain books was launched in October 2006 with the publication of Ex Catalogue by Rupert M Loydell. This will be followed in 2007 with a book of poems by Manchester writer, Annie Clarkson.

Shadowtrain magaine is always on the lookout for new names to publish alongside more established writers. Send 4-6 poems or an extract from a longer poem (but be sure to have a good read of the magazine first).
