A successful bid to the North West Strategic Health Authority means that The Reader Organisation will now be working in every Mental Health Trust in the North West.
Readers-in-Residence will set up and run 24 shared reading groups, before training is given to 12 staff members in each Trust to continue and increase shared reading provision. The project represents a significant development in creating a comprehensive regional model of Get Into Reading in healthcare settings.
