European Writers to Land in Manchester

Comma Press, based on Lever Street, Manchester, is gearing itself up for the arrival of writers from European cities whosw work will feature in "Decapolis" a short story anthology to be launched  during the Literature Festival in October. Decapolis will feature ten stories set in ten cities including Paris, Stockholm, Athens, Berlin, Barcelona, Zagreb, and Manchester. Featured authors appearing for live readings will include poet, translator and short story writer, David Constantine, Jacques Réda - a multi-award-winning poet, novelist and short story writer, and winner of both Le Grand Prix de la Poésie and the Prix Goncourt; Larissa Boehning - recipient of the of the Prenzlauer Berg Literature Prize; Sjòn - Bjork collaborator and winner of the Nordic Literature Prize in 2005. Check back to the website soon for up- to-date time, place and date details.
