This May sees the first ever Queer Up North Literature Festival, in conjunction with The Big Gay Read. Running for 7 Days from Fri 12 - Thu 18 May, in venues across Manchester, it features internationally acclaimed writers - Armistead Maupin, Patrick Gale, Sarah Waters, Mark Doty, Jake Arnott, Jackie Kay, Stella Duffy, Amanda Boulter and many more.
