From writing the swooniest romance and strong leading ladies, to what it means to be a fan and the books that define our lives. Maggie and our YA bookclub will also talk about the books that made them, and some of our current favourites that we can't stop fangirling about.


Maggie's new book Unconventional has been extremely popular with our YA bookclub, it's already one of Cody's favourites of 2017 and is perfect for fans of Rainbow Rowell!

Maggie Harcourt is the author of Unconventional, a story about finding yourself, first love and fandom. Maggie writes about a lot of different things and will always be a fangirl at heart. She lives in Bath, but was born and raised in Wales. At 17, she moved to London to study English Literature - and later took a Master's degree in medieval literature - at University College London.

~ Synopsis:

Lexi Angelo has grown up helping her dad with his events business. She likes to stay behind the scenes, planning and organizing...until author Aidan Green - messy haired and annoyingly arrogant - arrives unannounced at the first event of the year. Then Lexi's life is thrown into disarray.

In a flurry of late-night conversations, mixed messages and butterflies, Lexi discovers that some things can't be planned. Things like falling in love...
