Bringing Literature to Life is a panel discussion for anyone interested in the joys and challenges of adapting printed works into drama. North West Playwrights will be joined by three prominent practitioners who will be discussing their experiences and welcoming questions. Nick Stafford is best known for his 2011 Tony Award-winning adaptation of Michael Morpurgo’s War Horse, award- winning TV comedy writer Jeremy Dyson will be discussing his recent stage adaptation of Roald Dahl’s Tales of the Unexpected, and novelist and radio writer Jane Rogers will be sharing her years of expertise in adapting fiction for radio. £6/£4.
