Graham Mort is a senior lecturer in Creative Writing at Lancaster University where he directs the Centre for Transcultural Writing and Research. He has worked extensively in Africa, leading literature development projects for the British Council. He write poetry, short fiction and radio drama. His latest book is 'Visibility: New & Selected Poems' (Seren). In a recent Guardian review of that collection, Graham was described as a 'master craftsman' and ' one of contemporary verse's leading practitioners'. He was winner of the Bridport Prize for short fiction on 2007.
